This Privacy Policy describes how elieldigital.com, operated by Eliel Guimarães ("I," "me," or "my"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website (https://elieldigital.com) or any affiliated campaign sites I operate (collectively, the "Sites").

1. Who I Am
I am an independent digital marketer based in São Paulo, Brazil. I develop and operate affiliate marketing campaigns using Google Ads Search advertising. I use the Google Ads API to programmatically manage campaigns on my own Google Ads accounts. I do not manage third-party accounts or offer advertising management services to others.
My affiliated campaign sites include health & wellness product review pages hosted on domains I own and operate (e.g., womanbynature.online and similar). This policy applies to all such sites.
2. Information I Collect
a) Automatically Collected Technical Data
When you visit any of my Sites, web servers and analytics tools automatically record:
- IP address (anonymized where required by applicable law)
- Browser type, version, and language settings
- Operating system and device type
- Referring URL and exit URL
- Pages visited, time on page, and navigation path
- Date and time of each visit
- Geographic region (country/city level, derived from IP)
b) Cookies and Tracking Technologies
My Sites use the following tracking technologies:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): measures traffic, engagement, and user behavior
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking: records when a visitor completes a purchase or other conversion event after clicking an ad
- Affiliate Network Pixels: tracking pixels from affiliate networks (ClickBank, MaxWeb, Smart ADV, Bygoods, and similar) that attribute commissions when a visitor purchases a product through my affiliate link
- Session Cookies: temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser, used for standard website functionality
You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality.
c) Information You Provide Voluntarily
If you contact me by email or through any contact form, I collect the name and email address you provide in order to respond to your inquiry.
3. How I Use Your Information

- Measure advertising performance and calculate return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Attribute affiliate commissions through tracking pixels
- Respond to compliance inquiries, legal requests, or messages you send

4. Sharing of Information with Third Parties
I do not sell your personal information. Information is shared with third parties only as described below:
a) Google LLC
I use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads services. Google may collect and process data about
your activity on my Sites as a data processor. See

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, use the
Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
b) Affiliate Networks
When you click an affiliate link on my Sites, the relevant affiliate network
(ClickBank, MaxWeb, Smart ADV, Bygoods, or similar) may place cookies on your device
to track referrals and attribute commissions. These networks operate under their own
privacy policies, which I encourage you to review.
c) Hosting and Infrastructure Providers
My Sites are hosted by Hostinger. Hostinger processes server logs and technical data as part
of normal hosting operations. They do not use this data for their own marketing purposes.
d) Legal and Regulatory Disclosures
I may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government
authority, or to protect my legal rights.
5. Google Ads API — Data Handling
I access the Google Ads API solely to manage campaigns on my own Google Ads account. No visitor data collected on my Sites is transmitted to the Google Ads API. API credentials (OAuth2 tokens, developer token) are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties or embedded in publicly accessible code.
Campaign performance data retrieved from the API (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend) is used exclusively for my own campaign optimization and is not sold or shared.
6. Affiliate Disclosure
My Sites contain affiliate links. If you click on a link and make a purchase, I may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the content, opinions, or ratings expressed on my Sites. All reviews reflect my honest assessment based on publicly available information and user-reported data.
7. Data Retention
- Analytics data (GA4): retained for 14 months (default GA4 setting)
- Server logs: retained for up to 30 days, then automatically purged by the hosting provider
- Contact inquiries: retained only as long as necessary to resolve the inquiry, then deleted
8. Data Security
All data transmitted to and from my Sites is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). API credentials and sensitive configuration data are encrypted at rest. I take reasonable technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
I am based in Brazil and my Sites primarily target visitors in the United States. Data processed by Google Analytics and Google Ads may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates, subject to Google's data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
- Correction: request that inaccurate data be corrected
- Deletion: request that your personal data be deleted ("right to be forgotten")
- Objection: object to or restrict certain types of processing
- Portability: request your data in a portable format (where technically feasible)
- Opt-out of sale: I do not sell personal data

11. Children's Privacy

My Sites contain links to third-party websites, including product vendors and affiliate networks. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. I encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Sites after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
